Starting 2026 off with a Mexican Horchata Latte recipe ☕🌾
Horchata has roots in ancient Egypt and North Africa, later evolving in Spain’s Valencia region with tiger nuts (chufa). Spanish colonists brought the idea to the Americas, where it adapted with local ingredients like rice — and that’s the version we’re sharing today.

Start with 2 shots of PK espresso, then:
Soak 1 cup long-grain white rice + 2 cinnamon sticks in 4 cups water, blend, strain, and mix with milk, sugar, and vanilla.
Smooth, spiced, and seriously comforting 🤍
