More important info from Posh Pop: ‘It’s amazing, we took 2 days to perfect the brownie and we use Callebaut chocolate ganache! Anytime in August we will actually have GF/DF Galactic Brownies (cosmic)! For anyone DF!

A little inspo about this product and many products we do is that we want people to bite into our desserts and feel nostalgic and know every bite is worth it. That’s why we always do things in small batches and use really good ingredients. That’s why many of our customers are also not even GF, and all of our GF customers can trust us that we make sure everything we have is safe and there is never ever worry about cross contamination ect.
This cosmic brownie is something we missed so much (being gf) and being able to have a GF COSMIC Brownie ice cream sandwich that’s made with love is everything, and we wanted to share that happiness with everyone else 🩷’

I found a 100% dedicated gluten free cafe and restaurant in Troy, NY (upstate New York near Albany) when visiting town for a wedding! l i z a ' s

This place is really cool with gluten free waffles, açaí bowls, sandwiches (both breakfast and lunch), and salads/taco bowls!

I got the Peperoncini Chicken Salad Sandwich and it was really good! They stuffed it full and it was on some delicious gluten free seedy toast.

Beach Cafe has a massive gluten free menu filled with delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! It’s a must visit when in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

The best Northern Thai food in Brooklyn. Thanks to Chiangmai Diner and Bar, Brooklyn for having us out to try their gluten free options!

Everything is so tasty and the ambiance is quite nice. Especially the outdoor seating in the summer. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. They have a bunch of amazing gluten free options including Pad Thai, Fried Rice, steak, seafood, all the curries (some of the best massaman curry in the world!), and even coconut custard for dessert. What a treat. I always return here when in the area.

This has always been a go-to spot for me when in town and I am so glad to be back to show off all the best gluten free options on their menu.

What we got:

- Spicy Basil Fried Rice with Shrimp
- Nur Yang Prik Num (steak platter)
- Pad Thai with Chicken
- Massaman Curry with Chicken
- Som Tom Salad
