Seamos honestas x un segundo. El balance entre vida, el trabajo, la casa, hijos, marido, perros, ejercicio, salud mental etc etc es jodidamente desgastante, encima nos bombardean el día entero con "reto de 10 días para verte sexy".
F**k that s**t!

Hasta la madre me tienen, suficiente culpa una carga.
Estos jugos /batidos/smoothies es para que te sientas bien, a tu ritmo, a la hora que te de la gana, cuando tu quieras, sin presiones. Comer sano TIENE QUE DEJAR de ser una presión (ya bastante tenemos)

Todo en esta vida es sobre balance!
Ayer me empuje dos cheesecakes y más cosas que me da vergüenza mencionar (como una bolsa de pan) pero hoy me tomé mi Clean Pipes Smoothie! No me va a quitar los 2kg extras de puro chancha de la noche a la mañana pero si le da un respiro a mi pancita, a mis intestinos a todo mi yo interno que de vez en cuando necesita una ayuda a sentirse mejor y más ligero.

I’m so over it. We already carry enough guilt as it is.

It’s not going to magically erase the extra 2 kg overnight, but it does give my belly, my intestines, my whole inner self a bit of relief.
