It's back!! Texas-style smoked brisket chili! No beans or other fillers. Just our slow smoked brisket and chili peppers (and a few additions to round out the flavor). This is as close to original, authentic chuck wagon chili you're going to find in Puerto Vallarta. And it's only around until this batch sells out. Likely the last batch I'll make for the season, so get it while it lasts! Available as a side option in your combo meal, or as a separate side dish.
