With all the recent conversations about food safety, we wanted to share how we grow our microgreens.

At MicroGreens Ranch in San Miguel de Allende, we use:
🌿 Organic seeds & organic growing media
💧 Filtered water (sediment, carbon & UV)
☀️ Full-spectrum sunlight in our greenhouse
🫧 Food-grade hydrogen peroxide for sanitation
👨‍🌾 Sustainable, family-owned, local farming

Our microgreens are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fresh flavor.

You’ll find us at La Sabina, Bodega Orgánica, TOSMA Organic Farmers Market, City Market, and La Comer.

Thank you for supporting local farmers and knowing where your food comes from! 💚
