OUR FIRST COFFEE FESTIVAL. ☕️

Some moments are more than just an event.

Penang Coffee Festival 2026 was our first time stepping out from the roastery and meeting the coffee community in a different way.

Over the weekend, we had the opportunity to share our coffee, meet fellow coffee lovers, connect with other people in the industry, and most importantly, experience what it feels like to bring AJC LAB ROASTERY into a coffee festival.

From preparing the booth, setting up the coffee, brewing throughout the day, talking about our beans, to the small conversations between cups — every part of the experience became a memory for us.

It was busy, tiring, sometimes a little chaotic, but that’s also what made it meaningful.

We’re still growing, still learning, and still figuring out where we want to take AJC LAB next. But being able to stand behind our own booth and share the coffee that we roast with people who genuinely enjoy coffee was something we’re truly grateful for.

A big thank you to Penang Coffee Festival for giving us the opportunity to be part of this year’s festival and for creating a space where coffee people could come together, share ideas, discover new coffees, and simply enjoy the culture around coffee.

And to everyone who stopped by our booth, asked about our coffees, tried a cup, bought a bag, had a conversation with us, or simply took the time to say hello — thank you.

Every interaction, no matter how small, means a lot to us.

This may have been our first coffee festival, but hopefully it won’t be our last.
