A traditional Melanau delicacy that’s crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

🌾 Made from sago starch, then grilled over fire until golden brown, a simple, hearty, and oh-so-satisfying! 🔥

Often enjoyed with gula apong (palm sugar) or sambal belacan, this “𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐤 𝐏𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚” is proof that local food = timeless comfort. 💛
