店裡最常被問的難題：「老闆，你們招牌蛋糕是哪一款？」

老實說，這個問題比做100款蛋糕還難回答😭

有些客人說牛油蛋糕是神作，有些為黑巧克力瘋狂，也有人為了真花蛋糕每週固定報到。

所以，我們沒有唯一招牌，因為每一款都有自己的鐵粉。

這一百多款蛋糕甜點，每一款都是我們傾注心血的作品，連照片都懶得修，因為實物本來就長這樣。

口味從來沒有標準答案，我們不敢妄自決定哪一款代表店鋪。

Some customers say our butter cake is pure perfection, some go crazy for the dark chocolate, and others show up every single week just for our fresh flower cakes.

So no, we don't have just one signature—because every single cake has its own loyal fans.

All 100+ cakes and desserts here are creations we've poured our hearts into. We don't even bother retouching our photos—because that's exactly what the real thing looks like.

There's never a right or wrong answer when it comes to taste—we'd never dare to decide which one represents our shop.

港式奶油脆脆，靈感來自香港茶餐廳名物「奶油豬」。將法式包剖開，抹上一層牛油，烘烤至金黃酥脆，再烤到邊緣焦香、中心微軟，再加上煉奶，一口咬下，外層像焦糖薄片般鬆脆，外脆內軟，完全不膩口。
沒有豬肉、沒有豬油，只有讓人停不下來的罪惡美味，配上一杯港式咖啡，就是最地道的香港風味。

Hong Kong Style Butter Condensed Milk Crisp

Inspired by the famous "Creamy Piggy" bun from Hong Kong tea restaurants (cha chaan tengs). A round French style bun is split open and spread with a layer of butter. It's baked again until the edges are caramelized and the center turns slightly soft. Sweetened condensed milk is added as the final touch. With one bite, the outer layer shatters like caramel shards — crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and never greasy.
