Did this before taking a new passport photo, my face went from U to V 😌

I kept seeing facial symmetry / face sculpting videos from Seoul and was so intrigued to try it. Found just one place in KL that offers it and they provide basically the same service as the clinics in Korea from the initial consult + face plaster mask making to the body and face balancing treatment which were actually kind of painful on my cheeks 😭. It tends to be more painful where the muscles are more tense - I felt the same when my dentist tried a slight buccal cheek massage on me since I clench my jaw / accidentally grind my teeth too much.

I did 5 sessions (once per week) and was happy with the result!! Actually felt my face was looser, lighter, more lifted, and even. My concern is that if the root cause is not addressed, it’ll all just come back eventually 🫠. So I’m tryingggg to maintain good posture + stretch regularly + gua sha, but will probably go back for maintenance every few months

~RM800/session but they have discounted rates if you get a package

One of the best middle eastern restaurants I’ve come across in KL .a.j_kl - now I wanna try their more traditional sister restaurant .kl (which I heard has an amazing hummus!!)

MUST ORDER THE LAMB RIBS!!!!!! It was everyone’s favorite for a good reason - so tender and flavorful plus with that yogurt sauce 🤤. Most importantly, not gamey at all.

Other highlights - the grilled octopus tastes just as it does in the Mediterranean, crispy with a nice char just lightly seasoned needed so yummy. All their breads are freshly baked right in front of you so it’s served hot right outta the oven. The scallops were refreshing and citrusy, the steak was so tender, then everything else was well spiced no blandness just fresh high quality ingredients done just right (hummus, eggplant, the rice, etc).

Can’t go wrong with any of the dishes.

my favorite massage place in KL

They just opened a new Chinatown location, which is convenient to for exploring the area before then grabbing dinner after.

In fact I recommend this for date day / night in Chinatown, or if you’re visiting town:
• brunch at
• explore Petaling Street, , &
• massage at
• dinner at
• desserts at

Uroot is under the same umbrella as , which I love and have a video for before (linked). They have a high standard for their masseuses , so the experience always feel worth it.
