FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification) is an internationally recognised food safety certification based on ISO 22000 and HACCP principles, ensuring food is produced safely and consistently.

It is GFSI-recognised and covers food safety management, hygiene, traceability, supplier control, food fraud, and food defense across the food production process.

🤝 Exciting New Strategic Partnerships! 🤝
I am incredibly honored and excited to announce that we, FJ Food Solution Sdn Bhd have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) to establish a strategic partnership in Food Science and Agrotechnology!

This collaboration marks a significant step forward in bridging the gap between academia and industry. Our goal is to leverage the combined expertise of UMT's Faculty of Food Science and Agrotechnology and our industry experience to drive real-world impact.
The focus areas of our collaboration will be broad and dynamic, including:

* Healthy Food Range: Developing innovative and nutritious food products to meet market demand.
* Food Solutions: Developing practical and impactful solutions for the food sector.
* Food Enhancement & Innovation: Pushing the boundaries of new food technologies and product development.
* Food Safety: Ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in the food supply chain.
* Research & Development (R&D) and Diagnosis: Providing real-world case studies for UMT's MBA students and faculty research.
* Technology Exchanges: Fostering mutual growth through shared knowledge and expertise.

This LOI signing ceremony also highlighted UMT's second partnership with the Food Study Center, Fukuoka Women's University, further demonstrating UMT's commitment to international collaboration.

A huge thank you to Prof Madya Ts. Dr. Amir Izzwan Zamri Dean of Faculty of Food Science and Agrotechnology and team for making this "win-win situation" a reality.
