After sailing from South Africa in 2001 and weathering the Asian Tsunami in 2004, they settled in Langkawi. Sailors supplies not only the yachting community that passes through the Malaysia waters, but through popular demand, many of the major supermarket groups on Langkawi Island. Many of the top hotels on the island are now serving specially commisioned Sailors sausages on their breakfast menus! The facilities are know for being impecably clean and undergo regular health and safety inspections. All products are still lovingly hand produced.
