Red Chopstick Bayan Lepas We Served Nyonya & Thai Cuisine. Growing up, I learned how to cook traditional Nyonya and Thai dishes from my beloved grandmother.

She was a proud Nyonya woman, born and raised in Malaysia with a rich cultural heritage that blended Chinese and Malay traditions. Her cooking reflected her roots and her love for sharing her culture with her family. My grandmother's kitchen was always filled with the aromas of fragrant spices and herbs, and she would spend hours carefully preparing each dish with great attention to detail. She ta

ught us the secrets to creating authentic Nyonya and Thai flavours, from mastering the balance of sweet and sour in her signature dishes to selecting the freshest ingredients from the market. I remember spending many afternoons with my grandmother in the kitchen, watching her expertly chop and blend ingredients, and eagerly helping her stir pots and taste-test the dishes. She always encouraged us to experiment and explore new flavours, and her passion for cooking inspired us to carry on the family tradition. To this day, my commitment to continues cherish the memories and flavours that my grandmother instilled in us through her Nyonya and Thai cooking. Her legacy lives on in the dishes we prepare and the love and care we put into each meal.
