Alhamdulillah, diberi peluang untuk berkongsi pandangan mengenai Belanjawan 2027, khususnya tentang kepentingan upskilling dalam membantu usahawan kekal berdaya saing dan mengembangkan perniagaan.

Bagi saya, membangunkan perniagaan bukan sekadar tentang modal dan peluang, tetapi juga tentang kesediaan kita untuk terus belajar, menyesuaikan diri dan memperbaiki cara kita dalam menjalankan bisnes.

Terima kasih kepada Is Saza Kacho kerana berkongsi suara dan pandangan usahawan.

Penghargaan juga buat pasukan RTM 1 dan Puan Norlela Mohd Nor kerana sudi membuat liputan di Majlis Pelancaran Nouva Experiential Learning & Community.

Terima kasih atas peluang untuk berkongsi perjalanan dan aspirasi Nouva dalam mewujudkan lebih banyak ruang pembelajaran berasaskan pengalaman serta komuniti yang saling menyokong.

Had a good catch-up and discussion with Meor Addelan . Dah lama kenal Meor .. 10 years it has been! 😄

Bila jumpa, mesti ada je cerita nak update, from business to life. And of course, Meor is one of the MCs & hosts yang memang experienced.

This time, Zati tengah prepare for the upcoming T&L Group 10 Years journey… what’s next? 🖤🤍

Bila Zati nak buat an event yang meaningful for T&L macam ni, one of the things yang Zati rasa sangat penting is having the right MC for the event.

It’s not just about someone yang pandai bercakap. The MC needs to understand the objective of the event, the audience, the flow and most importantly, tahu macam mana nak bring the right energy throughout the event.

For this coming event, we’ll definitely be needing Meor’s expertise and experience to help bring the whole event together.

Some friendships grow quietly over the years.

Celia is one of those friends. From time to time, we catch up, talk about how our businesses are doing, share what we’re learning and exchange our different points of view.

One thing I really appreciate about our friendship is that we’re always willing to learn from each other.

Celia is the owner of Kath & Belle and also works closely with entrepreneurs through OEM product development. With our different experiences, there’s always something new to learn from each other.

And one thing we definitely have in common.. our passion for education.

Now, we’re also collaborating on upcoming education project. This one really needs us to tap into each other’s strength 😄

To entrepreneur and high achiever building something that matters..

Success requires us to embrace discomfort.

We will fail many times. But we do not give up.

We will have to transform .. sometimes in ways we never expected.

There will be time when we feel lonely, especially when our journey takes us somewhere others may not fully understand.

It doesn't necessarily mean anyone is wrong.

Sometimes, people simply walk different paths, carry different responsibilities or see things from different perspectives.

We will have to let go of certain habits, beliefs, fears and even parts of ourselves that no longer serve where we are going.

And then, we have to keep showing up.

We have to perform.
We have to sustain.InshaAllah.
We have to adapt.

We have to be aware of risks while appreciating what is already working.

We have to listen, question, discuss and sometimes disagree ..not to prove someone wrong, but to find a better way forward.

Because entrepreneurship is not just about chasing success.

It's about learning to carry the weight of the journey while continuing to grow through it.

Building is hard.
Changing is hard.
Failing is hard.
Starting again is hard.
Staying consistent is hard.

But staying where we are can be hard too.

Choose your hard.
