Not just any Salad but greens with a twist.
Mixed greens with crunchy capsicum, carrots & toasted sunflower seeds. Layered with protein punch of tofu feta & creamy avocado. We also added some vegan ham to give a salty flavor balanced with sweet tangy of the mandarin orange. And finish with a home made tahini soy dressing.
