Spicy Egg plant with fermented soybean( tempeh)🔥

Recipe :👇( 1 to 2 person)

* Fried eggplant( lightly)
(after fried smash)

*Fried tempeh (crispy consistent)

➡️Grind or tok tok in batu lesung

* 4 gloves garlic
* onion (medium size)
*10 red chillies ( follow your taste buds of spicy i like extreme spicy😁🔥

Stir fry the grind items till cook and add 1 tbs oyster sauce and abit water then add the fried eggplant and tempeh add some seasoning (im add cukup rasa) add salt as your taste buds... Serve with hot white rice for better taste

* you can add fried tofu or fried scrumbled egg
