We just made "Tacos de Canasta" or taxis in a basket, a variety of tacos that are prepared and are kept wrapped in cloth and plastic bags to create steam and maintain them warm for a longer period of time.
Filled with a variety of filling, however, the most popular filling in Mexico are potatoes with chorizo, refried beans and pork rinds stew.
Lots of preparation work but worth the effort.

They are just delicious.

And we may put them available for our customers.

They will be a great option for your taco party 😎😊

Today's dinner, tostadas de tinga de pollo.
Slow cooked sheered chicken with onions, tomato and chipotle sauce on a crispy fried corn tortilla with a spread of refound beans, garnished with fresh sheered iceberg lettuce, cheese and sauce..

Simple, but so delicious. 😍😎
