--> Is produced for the export markets outside of Germany and Austria in the Licher Privatbrauerei, rich in

tradition, under the supervision of the Ettal monks and in strict compliance with the original Ettal recipe and by using solely original Ettal cellar yeast.


2.Ettal cellar yeast

--> Matured in peace in the Ettal Monastery cellars, this yeast gives Benediktiner Weissbier its uniquely fruity tingly character.
