Hello everyone ! We know that it has been awhile since we updated our Gombi page. So what have we been up to?
On July 10th, 2024 we collaborated with Shell MDS and Savor on a special baking project to test out the "butter of the future". This butter is made using Shell GTL Sarawax SX50. This project is still ongoing and under development, hence it is not available yet commercially for consumers.
However, we at Gombi were given the first-hand opportunity to taste and bake with the GTL butter ! So we would like to share some photos of the butter and overall outcome of the baking project. 😋
We used the butter to bake our bestselling Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cookies and the taste and flavour are still as delicious as they should be 😋
We'd like to give special thanks to Shell MDS Malaysia for having us and we look forward to working together again in future. 🤝
