The story of my career in Occupational Safety & Health begins here…😮💨
Beginning of September 2023, I decided to resign from Hospital, was given wonderful experiences working under Physical Rehabilitation department. It’s not because I don’t like to work in hospital, but it’s time for me to take a bigger step forward in my career.
Where did I go after that ???
So yeah, registered myself into full time Safety and Health Officer (SHO) Certification course at
Duration of the course is 1 month, but they do have part time (Saturday & Sunday) and also modular mode.
I would say this course is one of the best experiences.
There are bunch of knowledges and informations I learned from different trainers that come from different industries.
They shared experiences and their expertise related to the given topics and syllabus. And also friends come from various industries, happy to know them ☺️
I admit that I crave for knowledge, every topic finds me very interesting it’s because my BRAIN notice there’s something new going on here 🤭 well, this course really helps me to strengthen and build up my safety and health knowledge which I need for my future career.
There are 4 modules, consists of 60 topics in total 😮💨
I learned about:
- OSH historical perspective
- OSH management systems
- OSH Legislation (Act, Regulation, Order, Industrial Code of Practice, Guidelines)
- HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Control)
- and many more 😮💨😮💨😮💨
Well…gaining knowledge is not an overnight work, it’s take you courage and interest to do that.
