Verdanya’s stuffed holiday roast is back for the season!!
Our roast is available now in limited numbers only at - get it while it’s still in stock and keep it in your freezer until the day before you plan to cook your holiday meal!
Our holiday roasts are homemade with our family favorite mushroom bread stuffing. The roast itself is made with a blend of wheat gluten and chickpea flour with seasonings and is soy free. The stuffing is made with bread, mushrooms, onions, celery, dried cranberries, and herbs and seasonings.
To cook, thaw in the fridge the day before baking. Bake in a covered roasting pan, basting with marinade occasionally until hot all the way through (full instructions on label).
This roast is big enough for a main centerpiece course to serve at least 12 people if served with several side dishes. Weighing in at 1.6kg, it’s a big roast!!
Don’t need such a big one? Our herb roast and smoky pepper roast are also available in 800g or 400g sizes for smaller meals!!
Leftovers are great in sandwiches!!
