Five years ago, this was just a dream.
Before Boleros, there was Elephant Rock. Since then, the space, the food and the identity have all evolved — but the people who supported us along the way are what made this journey special.
As this month comes to an end, we’ll be closing our chapter here at SS15.
Not Boleros. Just this home.
A new space is already taking shape, and we can’t wait to share what comes next.
