"Aileen, why are your dad's homemade fishbounce so pink?“

"Aileen, why my fishbounce no pink karer today wan?“

Look at the color of the fish flesh, both are of the same species - 1 white flesh and the other PINKKKKK! 😍

We get mixed reviews about our FishBounce; sometimes they turn out really super boing boing bouncy, sometimes less bouncy. Sometimes you get really pink ones, sometimes you get less pink ones and sometimes, you get pale ones.

We have no control over the color of the flesh or fishes that comes to us. We will only know once the fishes are sliced open by UnKer John. Sometimes the fishbounce turns out super bouncy due to the fat content in the fish. Again, we've no control over this and the only way to ensure consistent bounce is to use preservatives and that's not US. We believe that's not you as well 😁 coz you guys keep coming back 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Did you know water chestnuts are an excellent source of antioxidants and are very low in calories?

We use water chestnuts in our 'sui kow' (dumplings) as they give a better crunch compared to sengkuang (turnips). Plus, they are sweeter hence it adds a natural touch of sweetness to our sui kows to balance the saltiness.

MaMa Molly and UnKer John painstakingly peel and hand-dice these white tuberous crunchy babies (she said only lazy people blends them to save time) to be added on to our sui kows everyweek, so you know you're eating nothing but SERIOUSLY GOOD, SERIOUSLY FRESH produce from MoJo FishBounce.

Fry or cook them in soup or as an addition to your hotpot nights, or any other ways you like 😋

We make them twice a week and freeze them to be able to transport them to you. Good news is, they are also available for delivery/ pickup during WEEKDAYS 😉

So they said tofu is a tongue depresssor 😜 (but we all love tofuuuuuuuuu, don't we?)

Well, can't say the same with TOFU FISH. It's flesh is firm with a sweet, mild flavour. The high oil content gives the flesh a buttery texture and this is why we love using this fat and premium, yellow-tailed fish in our produce.

All our fishes arrive weekly, fresh from the sea; they are iced and packed in proper ice boxes to us and we clean them immediately to be processed into the freshest fishbounce and YTF you've ever tasted.

Yesterday we celebrated my teochew superdad's aka super grampa's 72nd birthday. Many of you asked if our fishballs can be frozen (raw or cooked), the honest answer is NO. This shows that our quality fish produce are made without adding on any type of flour or preservatives.

Cook and consume them fresh on the same night and you'll get to taste how fresh our fishballs are
