I find from corner pages , for those who loves fried chicken, you wouldn't regret it, try it
1. Crispy Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken (bone-in pieces)
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
• Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then coat in seasoned flour.
4. Fry at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
2. Spicy Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt & pepper
• Oil for frying
Instructions:
Follow the crispy fried chicken method, adding cayenne pepper to the flour mixture for extra heat.
3. Chicken Popcorn
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs boneless chicken (cubed)
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• Salt & pepper
• Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Marinate chicken cubes in buttermilk.
2. Coat in seasoned flour.
3. Fry small batches until golden and crispy (4–6 minutes).
4. Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken tenders
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
• Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Dip tenders in egg mixture.
2. Coat with seasoned flour.
3. Fry 6–8 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
5. Korean Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken wings or thighs
• 1 cup cornstarch
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
• Oil for frying
Sauce:
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• ¼ cup gochujang
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tsp rice vinegar
• 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
1. Coat chicken in egg, then cornstarch.
2. Fry twice (double fry) for extra crispiness.
3. Simmer sauce ingredients until thick.
4. Toss fried chicken in sauce and serve.
6. Butter Garlic Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
• Oil for frying
Garlic Butter:
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions:
1. Fry chicken until golden.
2. Melt butter with garlic in a pan.
3. Toss fried chicken in garlic butter before serving.
7. Chicken Lollipop
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken drumettes
• 2 cups flour
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• Salt & pepper
• Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Marinate drumettes with soy sauce and spices.
2. Coat in egg and flour.
3. Fry until golden and crispy.
8. Buffalo Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken wings
• 2 cups flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
• Oil for frying
Buffalo Sauce:
• ⅓ cup hot sauce
• ¼ cup melted butter
Instructions:
1. Coat wings in egg and seasoned flour.
2. Fry until crispy.
3. Mix hot sauce and butter.
4. Toss wings in sauce before serving.
9. Honey Mustard Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• Salt & pepper
• Oil for frying
Honey Mustard Sauce:
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Fry chicken using classic method.
2. Mix sauce ingredients.
3. Drizzle or serve sauce on the side.
