Beef & Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients:
Minced beef
Bacon
Spinach
Lasagna sheets
Milk
Flour
Oil
Onion
Spices: paprika, Cajun spice, garlic powder RajahKnorrox beef cube
Tomato paste
Salt & pepper
Cheese: white cheddar & mozzarella
butter

Direction:
Heat a little oil in a pan.
•Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
•Add chopped bacon and fry until slightly crispy.
•Add minced beef and cook until browned.
Add:
1–2 tbsp tomato paste
Crushed Knorrox beef cube
Paprika, Cajun spice, garlic powder
Salt & pepper
•Add about ½ cup water and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
•Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
Set aside.

2. Make the white sauce (creamy layer)
•Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pot.
•Add 2 tbsp flour and stir for 1–2 minutes.
•Slowly pour in milk while stirring continuously.
•Stir until smooth and thick.
•Add salt & pepper.
•Mix in a bit of white cheddar for extra flavor.

3. Assemble the lasagna
•Preheat oven to 180°C.
•In a baking dish:
•Spread a little meat sauce at the bottom.
•Add lasagna sheets.
•Add meat + spinach sauce.
•Add white sauce.
•Sprinkle mozzarella.

•Repeat layers until finished.
• Final layer: white sauce + lots of cheese (mozzarella & cheddar).

4. Bake
•Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes
•Remove foil and bake 10–15 minutes more until golden

5. Rest before serving
•Let it sit for 10 minutes before cutting

Ingredients:
• Beef strips
• Onion thinly sliced
• Carrots thinly sliced
• Peppers green, red and yellow
• Garlic
• Paprika
• BBQ spice
• Cajun spice
• Worcestershire sauce
• Steers peri-peri sauce
• BBQ blasting sauce

Fry your season spice beef strip untill cooked and take them out,
Fry onion, add garlic, carrots and peppers for 3 minutes and add your beef strips.
Add you combined Sauces to the pan and let it cook for 30 minutes
Serve with mash potato or rice

1. Classic French Fries

Ingredients:
• 4 large russet potatoes
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Peel and cut potatoes into thin sticks.
2. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
3. Drain and dry completely.
4. Heat oil to 170°C (340°F).
5. Fry potatoes for 3–4 minutes (do not brown). Remove and rest 10 minutes.
6. Increase oil temperature to 190°C (375°F).
7. Fry again until golden and crispy.
8. Sprinkle salt and serve hot.

2. Garlic Parmesan Fries

Ingredients:
• 4 large potatoes
• Oil for frying
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
• 2 tbsp minced garlic
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• Salt

Instructions:
1. Prepare and fry fries as classic method.
2. In a pan, lightly sauté garlic in 1 tbsp oil (30 seconds).
3. Toss hot fries with garlic, Parmesan, parsley, and salt.
4. Serve immediately.

3. Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:
• 3 large sweet potatoes
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• Oil for frying or baking
• Salt and pepper

Instructions:
1. Cut sweet potatoes into sticks.
2. Toss with cornstarch lightly.
3. Fry at 180°C (350°F) until crispy
OR bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes.
4. Season and serve.

4. Curly Fries

Ingredients:
• 4 large potatoes
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Oil for frying
• Salt

Instructions:
1. Use a spiral cutter to cut potatoes.
2. Mix paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
3. Fry at 180°C until crispy.
4. Sprinkle seasoning while hot.

5. Loaded Fries

Ingredients:
• 4 large potatoes
• Oil for frying
• 2 cups shredded cheese
• 1/2 cup cooked bacon pieces
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 2 tbsp chopped green onion

Instructions:
1. Fry potatoes until crispy.
2. Place fries on baking tray.
3. Add cheese and bacon on top.
4. Bake at 200°C for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.
5. Top with sour cream and green onion.

• 4 large potatoes

• 2 tsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions:
1. Cut and soak potatoes.
2. Fry until golden and crispy.

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Cut potatoes into wedges or sticks.
3. Toss with olive oil and spices.
4. Spread on baking tray in single layer.
5. Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway.

1) Classic Potato Chips

Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes
• Oil for frying
• Salt

Instructions
1. Wash and peel potatoes (optional).
2. Slice very thin using a knife or mandoline.
3. Soak slices in cold water 30 minutes to remove starch.
4. Drain and pat completely dry.
5. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
6. Fry in batches 3–5 minutes until golden and crisp.
7. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle salt immediately.

2) Salt & Vinegar Chips

Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes
• 1/4 cup white vinegar
• Oil for frying
• Salt

Instructions
1. Slice potatoes thin.
2. Soak in water mixed with vinegar for 30 minutes.
3. Drain and dry thoroughly.
4. Fry at 350°F until crispy.
5. Sprinkle extra salt or vinegar powder if desired.

3) BBQ Chips

Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes
• Oil for frying

BBQ Seasoning:
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
1. Fry potato slices until crisp.
2. Mix BBQ seasoning ingredients.
3. Toss hot chips in seasoning immediately after frying.

4) Sour Cream & Onion Chips

Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes
• Oil for frying
• 1/4 cup sour cream powder
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp salt

Instructions
1. Fry potato slices until golden.
2. Mix sour cream powder, onion powder, and salt.
3. Toss warm chips in seasoning.

5) Cheese Chips

Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes
• Oil for frying
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Salt

Instructions
1. Fry chips until crispy.
2. While still warm, sprinkle parmesan and garlic powder.
3. Toss gently to coat evenly.

6) Spicy Chips

Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes

I find from corner pages , for those who loves fried chicken, you wouldn't regret it, try it

1. Crispy Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken (bone-in pieces)
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
• Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then coat in seasoned flour.
4. Fry at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.

2. Spicy Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt & pepper
• Oil for frying

Instructions:
Follow the crispy fried chicken method, adding cayenne pepper to the flour mixture for extra heat.

• ¼ cup soy sauce
• ¼ cup gochujang
• 2 tbsp brown sugar

2. Fry twice (double fry) for extra crispiness.
3. Simmer sauce ingredients until thick.

Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken drumettes
• 2 cups flour
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• Salt & pepper
• Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Marinate drumettes with soy sauce and spices.
2. Coat in egg and flour.
3. Fry until golden and crispy.

8. Buffalo Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
• 2 lbs chicken wings
• 2 cups flour

• Salt & pepper
• Oil for frying

Buffalo Sauce:
• ⅓ cup hot sauce
• ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions:
1. Coat wings in egg and seasoned flour.

Honey Mustard Sauce:
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp mixed herbs
1/2 chicken spice

Sauces
《3 tbsp honey
《3 tbsp butter

》Season chicken with salt and pepper, mix herbs, paprika, all purpose season garlic Powder, chicken spice and oil and mix well together.
》Soak skewer in cold water
