Food Sock is not only changing how we approach meals but also bridging the hunger gap in the poorest communities. For less than R3100.00 per month, a family of four can receive a nourishing meal every day. Food Sock Meals feed four adults / six children. Ideal for busy professionals or families, the homeless, pensioners, campers, construction workers, yachters @ R100.00 each.
More than just meals, our products are incredibly simple to prepare. Just add water, and your wholesome meal is ready in 30 minutes, saving precious time โ all without compromising on taste or nutrition.

Food Sock meals are available for large feeding initiates, whether a soup kitchen, school feeding programs, students with tight budgets, orphanages, the elderly / old age homes or for outreaches by churches, service organizations, other NGOs, and canteens at an affordable R3600.00 per bucket.
Each bucket feeds up to 300 children 250ml portions, and 220 adults 350ml portions. Designed to be prepared in a 100-litre cooking pot of water for 30-45 minutes.
