Biology class..but make it farm edition 🐔🥚
Chickens reproduce through a process called the 'cloacal kiss'..a quick transfer of s***m from rooster to hen.
Fertilization happens inside the hen before the egg shell forms..not after it's laid.
A hen can lay eggs without a rooster, but only fertilized eggs develop into chicks.
Inside every egg is a step by step biological process..from yolk formation to shell development.
In birds, the cloaca serves as the shared exit for reproduction, digestion, and excretion.
One mating can fertilize multiple eggs..hens can store s***m for days.
Egg formation takes about 24-26 hours inside the hen's oviduct.
Not all eggs become chicks...fertilization determines development.
This is why biology deserves respect 😊
Do you agree with me?🤔
