I once employed a staff member that did me dirty
I genuinely believed he was perfect for the job. He understood the work quickly, appeared responsible, and gave me no reason to worry at the beginning. Because of that confidence, I relaxed. I didn’t supervise closely. I trusted his judgment and allowed him to operate freely, believing competence meant loyalty.
Months later, subtle changes began to show inconsistencies, gaps that didn’t add up, Losses that had no clear explanation, he became so arrog@nt, rvde and avoided every discussion that has to do with accountability, did his work at his own time and also do the ones he feels like doing, st@le from us and did so many other disgusting things.
I endured for a very long long time Why? Because finding people these days is not easy. Anyone running a business knows this reality. You cant just replace people overnight,
That experience taught me a powerful lesson: competence without character is a risk, and trust me no matter how good someone seems at first, be vigilant.
Good morning
