I was outside today thinking about how crazy my schedule is, and it hit me: I’m literally living two lives that are actually just one.

​Most of you see Okafor Immaculata Nmesoma the student, stressing over 100-level Chemistry and Physics practicals at UNIZIK. Then, an hour later, you see me as the girl behind the snacks you love.

​But here’s the secret: being a Food Science student actually makes me a better baker. Every time I’m calculating ratios or thinking about how a recipe works, I’m using what I learn in the lab to make sure your snacks are 100% more perfect.

​It’s not always easy balancing the books with the business, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I’m building a brand that’s backed by science and fueled by passion. ​Thank you for riding with me all through 🤗 I appreciate

Funny how the end of the year makes you sit with your thoughts a little longer. You start replaying moments, the good ones that made you smile, the hard ones that tested your strength, and the quiet seasons where you had to figure things out on your own.😔😔

This year taught me that life doesn’t always move the way we plan, but somehow it still moves us where we need to grow. It taught me patience, resilience, humility, and how to keep showing up even when things felt uncertain.

There were days I felt strong, and days I barely held it together but I’m grateful for all of them, because they shaped me in ways I now understand better. I’m thankful for the people who stayed, the ones who supported me silently, and even the lessons that came disguised as disappointment.

As the year comes to an end, my heart is full of gratitude.
For life.
For growth.
For another chance to try again,
to love better, and to become better😌😌

THEN AGAIN, WHY SHOULD I DOUBT MYSELF?

Sometimes I look at my work and smile because I remember when I used to pray to get here. Omo it wasn’t easy oo😂😂, the stress, the mistakes, the times I almost gave up.

But look at this cake... clean, neat, and made with love. I may not be where I want to be yet, but I’m definitely not where I started 💪💪.

It hasn't been easy tho, but I deserve to be proud of how far I’ve come because every cake I make reminds me that I actually can do this 🥰🥰🥰
