“Red meat is the problem.”
But how?
When 60–70% of Nigerians can barely afford quality red meat.
Out of the remaining 30–40%, a good number would still rather spend on bread, sugar, pastries, and fruit juice than invest in proper protein.
Yet we keep wondering why chronic illnesses are on the rise.
Let’s be honest, it’s not just poverty.
It’s ignorance first… then poverty.
When you remove quality protein from your diet and replace it with processed carbs and excess sugar, your body will definitely pay the price.
Red meat (when eaten in the right quantity and sourced properly) is not your enemy. It is rich in iron, B12, zinc, and quality protein that your body needs for strength, immunity, and overall wellness.
The real issue is poor food choices, not red meat.
You may not be able to afford everything, but you can make better decisions with what you have.
And please, eat meat well o 😌 Your body deserves nourishment, not just “something to fill the stomach.”
Booking for this weekend’s cow meat sharing is ongoing. Secure your slot and feed your family quality protein this weekend. Don’t dull 💪🏽
