Plan and try this PLANTAINS-BREAD RECIPE 👌
You can covert that ripe plantain into Yumminess

Ingredients:
-2 large Ripe-plantains
-2 cups of all purpose flour
-1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
-1 teaspoon of baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
-1/2 cup of sugar
-1/2 cup of melted butter or vegetable oil
-2 large Eggs
-1tsp of vanilla extract
-1/2 cups of milk
Procedure:
*Preheat your oven to 350°f(175°c)
*Grease a loaf pan and set it aside
*Peel and mash the ripe plantains until smooth in a large bowl.
*Add the melted butter or (oil), sugar,eggs,vanilla extract, and milk to the mashed plantains.mix until well combined.
*In another bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder,baking soda,salt,cinnamon and nutmeg.
*Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
*Stir until combined; be careful not to over mix.
*Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and spread it evenly.
*Baked for 50-60 minutes
Let the Bread cool
Slice&enjoy
