Today was another delicious day of hands-on baking practice Prestige Culinary Academy!

Our students got right into the process, learning by doing while our chef instructor guided and directed them through each stage of the baking process.

From preparation to mixing, measuring and baking, they were fully involved in creating their own cakes. And the final results?

Red Velvet, Chocolate, Coconut and Vanilla cakes? all looking and tasting absolutely yummy!

This is what practical culinary education is about, learning the techniques, getting your hands involved, and building the confidence to create on your own.
