So back to our potato fufu
1.First wash your potato thoroughly
2. Peel and cut into sizeable pieces you can easily blend or pound
3. Cook for 10 to 15mins
4. Put it down and pack into your mortar or blend
5. When smooth return back to the pot and put on fire, stir then add dried powdered potato or corn starch to thicken stir till yet your right texture.
6 Eat with your prefered soup
