Three Years Pregnancy
Episode 1
Amanda had been pregnant for three years now. At first she was happy about the pregnancy, because it came after a long wait. But Amanda situation got changed after she got her first pregnancy, she couldn’t deliver her baby after mine months.
At first she thought maybe it was just a normal delay. But after the 12th month of her pregnancy. Her husband, Mr. Jerry became impatient. He wondered why his wife was unable to give birth after one year of pregnancy.
As the condition worsened. Mr. Jerry began to have the feeling of divorcing himself from the marriage. He couldn’t faced being mocked and laughed by his friend.
“Doctor stop telling me everything will be okay. Am not just okay. Am about to loose my marriage now. Today is making it one year that I conceived. But am not able to deliver my child, doctor am scared!” Amanda said to her doctor. while she sat sadly at the doctor’s office.
Hey eyes were saddled. Thinking about how her marriage was perfect before the pregnancy came. Making them more happy, it gave them the feeling of becoming a parent. But things never worked as they imagined. Amanda’s pregnancy brought risk and anxiety, problems they never expected.
The doctor felt concerned about her situation. He looked at her, “Madam trust me I have run every check on you. I still can’t find anything, moreover this is just twelve months. I have a feeling that you can still deliver your baby anytime soon!” He said, trying to console Amanda, giving her hope in that very moment of grief and sadness.
“Doctor! Twelve month and you think I can still deliver my baby. Who does that ? Please help me, so something!! My marriage is at stake now!”. Amanda cried out at the doctor’s office.
“Am sorry madam. But the best advice for you is to remain calm. Am sure you will deliver your baby.” The doctor responded.
But Amanda was not fully convinced. She knew she was in a very complicated situation. It was not normal to be pregnant for 1 year.
