THE LAST ₦500. widow had only ₦500 left in her purse. Her children were hungry, and she didn't know where the next meal would come from.
That Sunday, she went to church with tears in her eyes. During the offering, she felt a gentle conviction in her heart to trust God completely. Though afraid, she placed her last ₦500 in the offering basket and prayed:
"Lord, this is all I have. My hope is now in You."
She returned home with nothing but faith.
A few hours later, there was a knock at her door. Standing outside was a man she had helped years before when he was struggling. He said:
"God put your name in my heart today. I don't know why, but I felt I should come and see you."
He handed her a bag filled with food and an envelope containing enough money to cover several months of expenses.
The widow fell to her knees and began to weep. In that moment, she remembered that God had not forgotten her.
Sometimes God waits until our strength ends so that His power can begin. When you trust Him completely, He can make a way where there seems to be no way. Can somebody say, lord I trust you with all my heart 💜💜.
