Well, the secret is "starting early"

If you're a parent in Nigeria or any country in Africa, pay attention to this post.

If you have a child who is still in Primary school, please endeavour to enrol them into acquiring a skill. They can start learning something new after their "term examination" instead of them staying at home and playing or instead of enrolling them in another extra class during holidays. Let them start learning a skill. Remember the saying "Catch them young"
At their younger age is when they can easily develop the passion and their brains are very fast in learning.

One of my Boss, his son of 11 years is already a professional in web design. The day I visited him and saw how this guy was working on a client project, I was shocked. Like; how come, how did he manage to learn so fast?
His father said he enrolled him when he was just 4 years old. At the age of 11 his father has started advertising his son's skill to his friends and he's already handling projects.

His second son who is just 8 years, he's in mechanical field learning mechanic. He's already mastering the work..
These are the type of children that when they come out tomorrow and say they made their first 1 Million at the age of 14, people will be asking how?

Enrolling them into acquiring a skill at their early age doesn't stop them from pursuing degrees in any field of their choice when they grow up.
Majority of the richest people we have in the world today, not all of them are graduates.
Everyone must not be a graduate.

Even if they grow up and wants to further their education, they can single-handedly train themselves through university with the same handwork they learned while growing up. By then, you as the parent, you will not need to be stressing and thinking of how to pay school fees and other things..

Even on Saturdays after doing their homework and chores, they can go to the workshop.

There are many skills they can start learning at their early age.
Consider skills like:

—Farming skills
—Computer operation(The world is more digital now and still becoming more digital)
—Phone & electronic gadgets repairs
—Mechanics
— Carpentry
—How to fix Aluminium windows
—How to create video games

Keep them busy and let them start learning to be productive from their early age.

How to start FISH FARMING with ₦250,000 in 2026.

You know I like you right?

Oya come close let me share a secret with you!

Do you know that Smokable size is the most marketable size no matter the season, as far as FISH FARMING is concerned?

So why would someone tell you that you can't start fish farming with ₦250,000 in 2026?

Anyway, they say so because they don't know that fish must not be rear to 1 kg before they can be sold.

You can rear them to between 200 to 500 grams and make a good profit.

Okay, LET'S BREAK IT DOWN

To rear 200 pieces of fish to Smokable size (that's from 200 grams to 500 grams), you need the following.

1. Juveniles ₦100 per one = ₦20,000
2. White Tank = ₦50,000
3. Feed 5 bags = ₦137,500(with average cost of ₦27,500 per bag)
4. Fuel for pumping water = ₦30,000

Total cost ₦ 237,500

₦12,500 Balance for logistics making it ₦250,000.

Can you now see that you can start fish farming with just ₦250k and still have leftover cash?
