*Job Summary*
The Business Manager will oversee the overall business operations, develop and implement growth strategies, and ensure the farm's long-term sustainability and profitability.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and strategies.
2. Oversee daily farm operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain management.
3. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop marketing strategies.
4. Manage budgets, financial planning, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
5. Lead and manage a team of farm managers, supervisors, and staff.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and health and safety protocols.
7. Foster relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
*Requirements*
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in business management, agriculture, or a related industry.
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to analyze complex data, think critically, and make informed decisions.
6. Experience with farm management software and technology.
