🌺colour:A quality pupuru should be clean and not dark in Colour

🌺 Smell :It should have a pleasant, characteristic Pupuru aroma, not a sour, mouldy or musty smell.

🌺 Taste :When properly prepared, it should have a good cassava flavour without a strange or bitter taste.

🌺Texture:A good quality pupuru must be firm and not damp
