We’re Hiring: Operations Manager
Leverage Seeds Limited is expanding, and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Operations Manager who can confidently oversee activities across our factory and head office.
If you have a background as a Breeder or in a similar agro-production field, and you’re passionate about building efficient systems that keep everything running smoothly from end to end, this role is designed for you.
What You’ll Lead
Day-to-day oversight of the factory and head office operations
Coordinating production schedules, quality control, and seed processing activities
Ensuring factory teams follow proper safety, compliance, and operational standards
Supervising administrative functions and staff performance
Implementing operational policies, SOPs, and continuous improvement systems
Managing inventory flow, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
Supporting management in strategic planning and reporting
Bridging communication between factory units and the head office
Ensuring timely delivery of products and smooth logistics operations
Who We’re Looking For
Degree in Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Crop Science, or related agricultural fields
Proven experience in operations, preferably in seed production, agriculture, or manufacturing
Strong understanding of production cycles, processing activities, and quality assurance
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain structure across multiple locations
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
