Happy new month of May.

We started our month with the delivery of 110bottles of drinks.

I noticed another one..

Parfait yogurt is best kept in the fridge not the freezer.

I noticed that once the yoghurt is blocked and you melt it, it becomes watery but the trick i use is to let it melt completely then properly mix it again put it back into the freezer to solidify a little bit and you're good to go.

It's never perfect because we learn in the process...I have mastered the act of tigernut and can never go wrong with it ...

I have mastered the act of tigernut and can never go wrong with it because we're three year and I have made all my mistakes and learnt from my experience too,but you see this parfait I'm learning in the process.

On the very first day of sales I made a huge sale and everything was perfect until the complaints started coming in.

First some people don't like bananas in their parfait personally I love it.

Some don't like apples in their parfait too.

My coconut flakes that I did with so much love became damp too I had to trash it because someone complained bitterly about it today and I felt sad.

Moving forward the only fruit that will be inside this our parfait will be seedless grapes and apples so if you don't like any of them tell me on time I will remove them before layering it for you.
