One thing I've realized in life is this: if you don't have anything else to hold on to, choose to live because your life matters. Live for yourself, and live for your family.
Don't spend your life trying to please everyone while neglecting yourself. No matter how much you do for people, not everyone will appreciate it. Some people are only waiting to see you fail. They want to know what will become of you, hoping you'll end up broken or defeated.
There may come a time in your life when you'll have to face challenges alone. Sadly, some of the very people you sacrificed and struggled for may not be there for you. Some may even turn against you.
Remember, the same way you came into this world is the same way you will one day leave it. So, make your life on earth a happy and meaningful one—one you will be proud of. Strive to fulfill your purpose, leave a positive impact wherever you go, and build a good name for yourself. Wealth may fade, and possessions may be forgotten, but a life lived with purpose, kindness, and integrity will always be remembered.
