With deep sorrow, the CalasVegas Carnival Band family mourns the passing of Sir Emmanuel O'Neill, a distinguished adjudicator and one of the enduring pillars of Carnival Calabar.

His dedication, integrity, and invaluable contributions helped shape the growth and excellence of the carnival, leaving a legacy that will continue to inspire generations.
