We had a hectic day yesterday.
I got home late and was very exhausted.
Every fiber of my body was just screaming "Relaxation!"
Chai! I needed it badly...
Everybody has their unique way of unwinding.
One of the ways I relax is by eating a good meal with plenty proteinous animals and seafoods. I do this by lying down and with a background good music. I don't eat the food hurriedly, I take my time to eat and enjoy the taste with the music healing my soul😆
Once I'm done, I sleep off.
I wake up the next day full of vigour.
Making out time to relax from the pressure of work is important for your wellbeing.
