Three days in, and we’re still serving excellence! 🙌🏽

Today’s menu:
🍚 Fish Fried Rice
🥥 Coconut Jollof Rice
🍝 Creamy Pasta
🥗 Nigerian Coleslaw
🐟 Peppered Fish
🍗 Peppered Chicken
🌶️ Sweet Chili Sauce
🍛 Chicken Curry

The highlight of the day? Once again, the reviews were amazing! Hearing guests talk about how much they enjoyed the food is the kind of feedback that keeps us inspired to give our best every single time.

Day 1 was nothing short of amazing!

From setting up to serving 50 guests, every detail mattered. The best part? Seeing people genuinely enjoy our food and hearing their honest reviews. Those moments make all the hard work worth it.

On today’s menu:
🍽️ Nigerian smoky party jollof rice
🍚 Oriental rice
🍤 Shrimp in coconut curry
🍗 Peppered chicken
🐟 Peppered hake fish
🌽 Cheesy buttered corn
🍌 Dodo (fried plantain)

And here’s the icing on the cake—we secured a wedding catering booking from today’s event! 🙌🏽

This is just the beginning of the series, so come along as I take you behind the scenes of what it really looks like to cater events, create memorable meals, and build a brand one plate at a time.

We were trying to ask for new customers, but someone almost took us in a completely different direction. 🤣

Thankfully, the team got the message right in the end.
