Has your VA ever written something for your business that actually sounded like you without you having to rewrite half of it?
I'm genuinely asking, because for a lot of small business owners the answer is no.
Not because the VA can't write. But because nobody ever sat down and explained what the content was actually supposed to do, who was going to read it, or what the business sounds like when it's at its best.
And then the draft comes back and it's fine. Technically fine. Just not quite right. So you spend 45 minutes fixing it and wonder if it was worth delegating at all.
The thing is that gap is closeable. It just takes a different kind of briefing conversation at the start, and a little patience with the editing cycle early on.
What's been your experience? Has content delegation worked for you, or is it still something you end up doing yourself?
