Don’t let a man or your partner,make you feel guilty for being hurt by something he repeatedly did. Your feelings are valid.. When someone breaks your trust again and again, you are naturally going to have questions, doubts, and pain. That doesn’t mean you are difficult, jealous, or trying to control them. It means something happened that damaged your sense of security.

You shouldn’t have to pretend everything is fine just because he is tired of being questioned. If he truly wants the relationship to heal, he needs to understand that trust cannot be demanded—it has to be rebuilt.

And rebuilding trust requires honesty, patience, consistency, and accountability. You cannot be expected to forget yesterday’s wounds simply because today he wants peace.

At the same time, protect your own peace. Don’t spend your whole life investigating, checking, and worrying. Say what hurts you, set your boundaries, and then watch his actions. Actions will always speak louder than explanations.

You deserve a relationship where you can feel loved, respected, safe, and at peace, not one where you are constantly made to feel guilty for reacting to betrayal. ❤️
