‎The theme, “From Burden to Solutions, Safe Food Everywhere,” resonates deeply with what we stand for at Onehygiene: making food safety practical, accessible and part of everyday life—from farm to dining table.

‎Across the keynote, guest presentations and panel sessions, one message stood out clearly: food safety is not negotiable, and achieving it is a collective responsibility.

‎The conversations were backed by data, empirical evidence, case studies and practical food safety checks that brought the realities of food safety to life. And while government agencies, academia and industry all have important roles to play, safe food ultimately depends on the actions we take every day.
