I have a customer that sales 100pcs of our #400 loaves in every two days. The whole sale price is N400 while they retail at N450.

Almost everyday people tell me " your bread is good, make sure you don't reduce your standard". I thank them and move on knowing that compromising standard is not part of us.

I know that the temptation to reduce quality comes when there's an economic twist but we will rather go for price increase and tightening other cost of production.

We want our customers to have confidence in in our product, knowing exactly what they are buying everyday without changes.
