NATIONAL ONION PRODUCERS, PROCESSORS AND MARKETERS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA, KANO STATE CHAPTER.
NOTICE OF COMMENDATION AND APPRECIATION
We extend our commendation and gratitude for the exemplary leadership demonstrated by the leaders of NOPPMAN, Kura Local Government Area Chapter, in bringing development to the onion farmers and onion traders.
Indeed, the Chairman of the Kano Central Onion Farmers and Onion Traders Association, Hon. Mudansir Ibrahim Kura, and the Chairman of the Onion Farmers and Onion Traders Association of NOPPMAN, Kura LGA Chapter, Alhaji Abdulfahu Isah, played a key role in introducing the new system of packaging onions using the smaller solo Brazilian bag instead of the larger Barhama bag.
This major change is highly commendable. Previously, only Kano State used the large solo Barhama bag. However, through the determination and foresight of these leaders, they brokered an agreement between the onion farmers and traders, and this new system has now been adopted.
We pray that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala grants them continued health, wisdom, and progress, and rewards them abundantly for their efforts toward the advancement of the onion trade and the unity of the community. Ameen Ya Rabb.
