⚠️ DON’T LET ARROGANCE PREVENT YOU FROM ACCEPTING THE TRUTH.

🤔 Have you ever wondered how far some people can go when they refuse to believe unless they see what they demand?

The Qur’an tells us about the Children of Israel when they demanded something extraordinary from Prophet Musa عليه السلام.

📖 وَإِذْ قُلْتُمْ يَٰمُوسَىٰ لَن نُّؤْمِنَ لَكَ حَتَّىٰ نَرَى ٱللَّهَ جَهْرَةً فَأَخَذَتْكُمُ ٱلصَّٰعِقَةُ وَأَنتُمْ تَنظُرُونَ

Transliteration:

Wa idh qultum yā Mūsā lan nu’mina laka ḥattā narallāha jahratan fa-akhadhatkum aṣ-ṣā‘iqatu wa antum tanẓurūn.

English Translation:

> “And when you said, ‘O Moses, we will never believe you until we see Allah plainly,’ so the thunderbolt struck you while you were looking on.”

📖 Surah Al-Baqarah (2:55)

🌿 Karin bayani:

Look at the seriousness of these words:

“We will never believe until we see Allah plainly.”

The problem was not a lack of signs from Allah. Rather, they demanded to see Allah with their eyes before accepting the truth.

This teaches us an important lesson:

⚠️ Iman is not built upon arrogance and personal demands.

A believer submits to Allah, trusts His revelation and accepts the truth even when everything cannot be seen with the eyes.

📖 Allah has given us countless signs around us:

The creation of the heavens and the earth. 🌌
The alternation of night and day. 🌙☀️
The creation of human beings. ❤️
The Qur’an itself. 📖

All of these should increase us in Iman and certainty.

🤲 May Allah strengthen our Iman, remove arrogance from our hearts, make us people who accept the truth, and grant us certainty in His words and guidance. Ameen.

📖🏆🌍 YOUNG QUR’AN RECITERS MAKE HISTORY IN MAKKAH

The 46th King Abdulaziz International Qur’an Competition has concluded at Masjid Al-Haram, bringing together 334 contestants from 133 countries. 🕋📖

For the first time, female contestants officially participated, with 50 winners honored and a total prize fund of SAR 10.26 million. 🏆💰

🇸🇦 Abdulrahman bin Mukhtar Muhammad of Saudi Arabia won first place in the men’s top category, receiving SAR 500,000.

🇩🇿 Jumana Shraitiyah of Algeria won first place in the women’s top category, also receiving SAR 500,000.

🇳🇬 Maryam Tan Azmi Ibrahim made Nigeria proud by winning 1st place in the women’s second category, receiving SAR 300,000. 🥇🇳🇬📖

🇳🇬 Mohammed Marafa Abdullah also represented Nigeria with distinction, finishing 5th in the men’s second category and receiving SAR 220,000.

❤️ This was more than a competition—it was a gathering of young Muslims from around the world united by the Book of Allah.

MAKKAH, Saudi Arabia — August 2026: Saudi Arabia has concluded the 46th King Abdulaziz International Competition for Memorizing, Reciting and Interpreting the Holy Qur’an, bringing together Qur’an memorizers and reciters from around the world in the sacred city of Makkah. 🕋📖

The prestigious competition attracted 334 male and female contestants from 133 countries, making this year’s edition a remarkable international gathering centered around the Qur’an. 🌍📖

✨ A HISTORIC EDITION

This year marked a major milestone as female contestants participated officially for the first time in the history of the King Abdulaziz International Qur’an Competition. 👩‍🦱📖🏆

Contestants were assessed on their memorization, recitation, Tajweed, and understanding of the Noble Qur’an across five categories.

🏆 50 WINNERS HONORED

A total of 50 contestants were honored as winners—five male and five female winners in each of the five categories.

The closing ceremony was held at Masjid Al-Haram in Makkah, under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. 🕋🇸🇦

💰 SAR 10.26 MILLION IN PRIZES

The total prize fund reached an impressive SAR 10.26 million, while more than SAR 1.5 million was also distributed as recognition payments to participants during the competition.

⚠️ MY BROTHER, BEFORE WE ADD ANYTHING TO THE RELIGION, ASK YOURSELF: DID THE PROPHET ﷺ TEACH US THIS?

🤔 One of the most important principles in Islam is that acts of worship must be based on the guidance of Allah and His Messenger ﷺ, not simply on what we personally think is good.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ gave a clear warning about introducing something new into the religion:

> مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَٰذَا مَا لَيْسَ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ

“Whoever introduces into this matter of ours that which is not from it, it will be rejected.”
📚 Sahih al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim

This Hadith teaches an important principle: any act introduced as part of religious worship must have a basis in the Qur’an and authentic Sunnah. 🕌📖

This is where the discussion about Mawlid requires careful reflection.

If Mawlid is practiced as a religious celebration intended to draw closer to Allah and express love for the Prophet ﷺ, then we should ask:

❓ Did Prophet Muhammad ﷺ teach his Companions to celebrate his birthday as a religious occasion?

❓ Did Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, or Ali (RA) establish such a celebration?

❓ If they did not, what authentic evidence establishes it as a religious practice taught by the Prophet ﷺ?

❤️ There is no doubt that loving the Prophet ﷺ is an essential part of Islam. But genuine love should be accompanied by following his Sunnah and teachings.

This issue should be discussed with knowledge, evidence, justice, and respect, not insults or hatred.

🤲 May Allah guide us to the truth, protect us from misguidance, and make us among those who sincerely follow the Qur’an and authentic Sunnah. Ameen.

📖❤️ TRUE LOVE FOR THE PROPHET ﷺ IS NOT JUST A CLAIM

Some Muslims say: “We celebrate Mawlid because we love the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.” ❤️🌹

There is no doubt that loving the Messenger of Allah ﷺ is an obligation upon every Muslim. But the question is: How should we demonstrate that love?

Allah says:

> قُلْ إِن كُنتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ اللَّهَ فَاتَّبِعُونِي يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّهُ

“Say: If you truly love Allah, then follow me; Allah will love you.”
📖 Surah Aal ‘Imran 3:31

This verse teaches us that true love is connected to following the Messenger ﷺ. Therefore, if someone claims to love Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, they should ask themselves: Do I follow his Sunnah? Do I practice what he taught?

Regarding Mawlid, those who celebrate it view it as a way of expressing love for the Prophet ﷺ, while other scholars argue that true love should be demonstrated through following the Sunnah and what the Prophet ﷺ taught, rather than introducing a religious celebration that he did not establish.

Therefore, we should not insult one another or judge each other’s intentions. Instead, we should return to the Qur’an and authentic Sunnah and sincerely seek the truth. 📖🕌

❤️ Love for the Prophet ﷺ is not merely something we say; it should be reflected in obedience and following his guidance.

📖🔥 A SERIOUS REMINDER ABOUT BID‘AH AND THE MAWLID DEBATE

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ gave a very clear warning concerning newly introduced matters in religion:

> وَكُلُّ بِدْعَةٍ ضَلَالَةٌ ۝ وَكُلُّ ضَلَالَةٍ فِي النَّارِ

“Every innovation is misguidance, and every misguidance is in the Fire.”
📚 Sunan an-Nasa’i

This Hadith is among the strongest texts cited by scholars when discussing Bid‘ah in matters of worship. It reminds Muslims that acts introduced into the religion as acts of worship must be examined against the Qur’an and authentic Sunnah. 📖🕌

Those who argue against the religious celebration of Mawlid point to this principle and say: If the Prophet ﷺ, his Companions, and the early generations did not establish it as a religious celebration, then Muslims should not introduce it as an act of worship.

At the same time, Muslims should discuss this issue with knowledge, evidence and respect, because the matter has been debated by scholars and communities in different ways.

The safest principle for every Muslim is to ask:

“Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ teach us this as part of our religion?”

May Allah guide us to the truth, protect us from misguidance, and make us among those who sincerely follow the Qur’an and Sunnah. 🤲🤍
