Try steam baking

When d cake comes out of d oven cover with a foil paper or preferably a damp clean kitchen towel.

When it is cool to room temperature wrap it up with cling film.

Use fresh eggs

STOP USING POWDER PRESERVATIVES It dries out your cake and makes it go stale
