Ozeerk Farm is recruiting on behalf of our trusted partners for a highly skilled and organized Farm Manager to oversee operations at a commercial poultry facility in Ogun State, Nigeria.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Staff Leadership & Motivation: Supervise, train, and manage farm personnel to maintain high productivity and strict biosecurity standards.
Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Efficiently handle customer inquiries, bulk orders, and maintain excellent client relationships.
Marketing & Sales: Drive sales strategies for farm produce (eggs and culled birds) and expand market reach.
Reporting & Administration: Maintain meticulous documentation of production data, flock health, feed conversion, and financial records.
📋 Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically in managing Layer Poultry Farms (with a verifiable track record).
*Core Skills: Strong report-writing skills, proficient communication, and excellent team management abilities.
*Competence: In-depth knowledge of layer management, disease prevention, and commercial poultry operations.
*Mindset: Passionate about agriculture, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
